These Terms of Service govern your use of Persia Pulse, operated by JCC Surplus, LLC DBA PersiaPulse Research Intelligence. By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms below.
By accessing or using Persia Pulse (persiapulse.com), operated by JCC Surplus, LLC DBA PersiaPulse Research Intelligence, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Persia Pulse provides non-political, non-religious commercial intelligence focused on Iran's reintegration into the global economy. Our daily Intelligence Briefing, the subscriber portal, and analyst Q&A are free with a registered account. Paid products include Sector Dossiers (pre-built sector research), PRI-Dive™ intelligence reports (one-time, open-ended intelligence requirements in three delivery tiers), and monthly retainer agreements, each delivered as described at the time of purchase.
To access the portal, briefing archive, and analyst Q&A you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at sales@surplus.supply of any unauthorized use.
The daily Intelligence Briefing is free with a registered account. Sector Dossiers and PRI-Dive™ reports are one-time purchases charged at checkout; retainer agreements are billed monthly. Customers who subscribed under a legacy paid subscription plan continue to be billed on a recurring basis until cancelled and may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and access continues through the end of the current paid period. All prices are shown before applicable taxes.
Custom and sector research dossiers are one-time purchases. Delivery timeframes quoted at checkout are estimates. Sector dossiers are pre-built and typically delivered within one business day; custom dossiers vary by selected delivery tier.
PRI-Dive™ intelligence reports are one-time, open-ended research products. You submit an intelligence requirement on any topic, market, or entity, and our analysts produce a report using our proprietary PRI-Dive™ (pree-dive) methodology. Three delivery tiers are offered: Standard ($299, delivered within 7–10 business days), Priority ($599, delivered within 3–5 business days), and Rapid Response ($999, delivered within 12–24 hours). All prices are shown before applicable taxes. The tiers differ only in delivery speed; every report receives the same research methodology and source transparency.
PersiaPulse Research Intelligence offers monthly retainer agreements for organizations with continuous intelligence needs. Retainers start at $2,500 per month and include four (4) PRI-Dive™ Rapid Response requests per month, subject to a six (6) month minimum contract term. All retainer fees are shown before applicable taxes. Unused requests within a billing month do not roll over to subsequent months. Retainer agreements may be cancelled after the minimum contract term is satisfied by providing written notice to sales@surplus.supply.
All sales are final. Because our intelligence and research products are delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, or for dossiers or PRI-Dive™ reports once work has begun or delivery has been made. However, if PersiaPulse Research Intelligence fails to meet the stated delivery timeframe for a PRI-Dive™ report due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the difference between the tier you purchased and the next lower tier (for example, a Rapid Response report not delivered within 12–24 hours would be refunded the difference between Rapid Response and Priority; a Priority report not delivered within 3–5 business days would be refunded the difference between Priority and Standard). All refunds are given solely at the discretion of PersiaPulse Research Intelligence. If, for some reason, we cannot provide you a report, then a full refund will be given at our discretion and in a timely manner. You may cancel future subscription renewals at any time, and retainer agreements after the minimum term is satisfied.
You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or republish our briefings or dossiers beyond your own internal use, nor to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with site operations. Content is licensed to you for your personal or organizational use only.
All content on Persia Pulse, including briefings, dossiers, logos, and site materials, is the property of JCC Surplus, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying or distribution is prohibited.
All information provided by PersiaPulse Research Intelligence is derived from Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) — publicly available information collected from open sources. Our intelligence is provided for informational and commercial-decision support purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, investment, sanctions-compliance, or professional advice of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of any information, and you rely on it at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on our intelligence and should consult qualified professionals before making legal, financial, or compliance decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JCC Surplus, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of or inability to use our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
